Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is an exercise system that enhances control and stability in your movements. Physiotherapists have effectively applied its principles of low load, precise form, and targeted muscle activation in rehabilitation settings.

Using Pilates equipment including Pilates mat work, reformer, bands, balls, Pilates circle allows for extensive opportunities to challenge and develop the neuromuscular system for stability and to practice multidirectional movements in a progressive manner. Regular practice will lead to improvements in flexibility, balance, coordination, posture, and core strength.

After initial assessment with physiotherapist, you will be offered personalised sessions designed to enhance core strength, flexibility, and overall physical health.

Both individual (1:1) and partner (1:2) sessions (for you and a friend) can be provided.
