Pelvic Organs Prolapse is a slipping forward or fall of the pelvic organs (bladder, uterus or rectum).

Symptoms include vaginal bulge, vaginal heaviness, pelvic/perineal pressure, low back pain, incomplete bladder emptying, difficulty emptying bowels, discomfort with intercourse.

A vaginal pessary is a device that provides structural support for the vaginal walls and pelvic organs that lie behind them. This can reduce symptoms associated with prolapse,  improve quality of life and delay the need for surgical intervention.
